– All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.<\/h5>\n
– If you cancel more than 15 days prior to your arrival date no additional charges will apply, any remaining balance paid will be issued as a non-refundable credit.<\/h5>\n
– If you cancel less than 15 days before your arrival date, the deposit is forfeit and no credit will be extended.<\/h5>\n
– Credits are valid through the end of the current calendar year or 6 months from the original check-in date, whichever is later.<\/h5>\n
– Credits cannot be used for holiday or peak-season dates and are subject to availability.<\/h5>\n
– Credits are transferable to a friend or family member but you must notify us in writing or by phone.<\/h5>\n
– Credits have no cash value and cannot be used on fire wood.<\/h5>\n
